1、What is a vacuum-inflatable bag?

4、What problems should be paid attention to when using vacuum-inflatable bag with automatic packaging machine?

First: vacuumizing first and then inflate. Ensure that the gas in the packaging bag and food cells is discharged to the greatest extent. Experiments show that when the oxygen concentration in the packaging bag is ≤ 1%, the growth and reproduction speed of microorganisms will decrease sharply. When the oxygen concentration is ≤ 0.5, most microorganisms will stop reproduction.

Second:the packaging bag shall be well sealed, safe and reliable. In order to achieve better sealing requirements, in addition to selecting packaging materials with good heat sealing performance, the bag former and sealer of packaging machinery should be better used, and the sealing part of packaging bag should not be pleated, otherwise air leakage will occur. In addition, pay special attention to the intersection of mid-sealing and end- sealing, because this position is the transition of two-layer and four-layer materials. If the end-sealing pressure of the packaging machine is not enough, air leakage is most likely to occur.

The thickness of 60-80 microns is the most ideal.
